Another great "Council" of the coastal altimetry community

The Coastal Altimetry community has given yet another demostration of its vigour with a very successful 8th Coastal Altimetry Workshop. The Workshop took place in the historical Konzil building (the seat of the Council of Constance in 1414–1418) on the shore of the Bodensee in Konstanz, Germany, and was attended by 80 scientists in representation of 19 countries.

Sixty abstracts in total (with 166 co-authors) had been submitted: 29 posters were put on display and 26 oral talks delivered in 7 dedicated sessions, plus a keynote by R. Keith Raney.
